Returns, Refunds, or exchanges
Returns, refunds, and/or exchanges are not accepted, but please contact me if there is a problem with your order when first receiving it.
Broken/damaged products
No warranties, I am not responsible if a product breaks as all care instructions are included with product. If a product is damaged or broken on arrival, please contact me to find a solution.
Cancellations
Cancelations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering the product. All products are final sale and made to order.
Shipping and delivery
I charge a shipping cost for shipping products, please contact me for more details. Local deliveries are accepted as well, but with no addition cost.
